Once we create the precedence diagram, we can calculate the start and finish times of the activities
The forward pass starts from the left and continues to the right. It calculates the earliest time activities can start and finish and in the end, it will give you the duration of the project.
Now, it is time to execute the backward pass and calculate the late start and finish times of the activities.
